w345 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the w345 platform, including the website located at w345.ws, all associated mobile-accessible pages and any services or products offered through those channels. By accessing w345, creating an account or placing a bet, you enter into a legally binding agreement with w345 under the terms set out in this document.

These Terms apply to all users of w345, including visitors who browse the platform without registering and registered players who hold an active account. Certain sections, such as those covering deposits, withdrawals and betting rules, apply only to registered players with verified accounts.

If you are using w345 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In practice, w345 only permits individual personal accounts and does not allow corporate or third-party account operation.

To register and use w345 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w345 does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.

Players who have previously been excluded from w345 and attempt to register a new account are in breach of these Terms. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be voided and the account will be closed.

Each player is permitted one account on w345. Holding multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address – is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances.

At registration you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• Your date of birth

All transactions on w345 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash – Deposits credit instantly; withdrawals average 15 minutes on verified accounts
• NayaPay – Deposits credit within 5 minutes; withdrawals within 30 minutes

• IBFT Bank Transfer – Deposits credit within 2 hours; withdrawals within 2 business hours

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger an enhanced identity verification step.

w345 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges; please check with them directly. w345 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your w345 account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method different from your deposit source unless you have completed an enhanced identity verification and received written approval from the w345 finance team.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting and virtual sports markets on w345. Game-specific rules for casino products including Roulette, Slots and Ludo are set out in the individual game help sections accessible from within each game.

• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by event and market type and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are only accepted when a player's account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed via the w345 bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature where available and active for that particular market.
• w345 uses automated result settlement based on official data feeds from recognised sports data providers. Results are final once settled.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to the player's w345 wallet.
• If a match is abandoned after starting and the governing body confirms no official result, bets are voided and stakes returned. If the governing body ratifies a result, bets settle on that result.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended temporarily during stoppages in play. Bets placed during a market suspension are not accepted; any accepted bet during a technical error will be reviewed and may be voided at w345's discretion.
• w345 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator. The maximum single-bet payout across all markets is Rs 5,000,000 unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific event.

If a player suspects that an incorrect price was offered due to a technical error, they must notify w345 before placing the bet. Any bet placed knowingly on an obviously erroneous price may be voided and stakes returned at w345's sole discretion.

w345 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general conditions below apply to all w345 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated using real-money bets placed at odds of 1.5 or greater unless the promotion specifies different qualifying odds.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per w345 account. If you accept a new bonus before completing requirements on an existing one, the earlier bonus may be forfeited.
• w345 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets with another account, using automated betting software or exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation.
• Bonuses are not transferable between w345 accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w345 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on w345
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any identity verification process
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account on w345
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with w345 in a way not explicitly permitted
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets on w345 using funds derived from illegal activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Facilitating, encouraging or participating in match-fixing or any manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are placed on w345
• Attempting to access another player's w345 account without authorisation
• Engaging in any conduct on w345 that harasses, abuses or threatens w345 staff or other players

w345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any illegal activity connected to the account
• Requests from the player to close their account or activate self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Where a suspension is temporary and pending investigation, w345 will notify the player by email within 72 hours of the suspension. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any bets affected by the suspension will be settled on their original terms.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a proven breach of Terms, any balance remaining from real-money deposits that were not involved in the breach may be returned to the player at w345's discretion after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will not be returned.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the w345 support team. If the reason for closure is related to problem gambling, w345 will activate its Responsible Gaming self-exclusion tools on request and provide information about external support services.

All content on the w345 platform – including but not limited to the w345 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game software, game audio and video assets, odds data presentation and marketing materials – is the intellectual property of w345 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the w345 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any w345 content without prior written permission from w345.

The w345 name and logo may not be used in any form of advertising, social media content or commercial communication without explicit written authorisation from w345.

Betting and gaming involve financial risk. By using w345 you acknowledge that you may lose money and that w345 is not responsible for any losses you incur through betting or gaming activity on the platform where those activities were conducted under the normal rules of the service.

w345 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from the outcome of a bet or game result
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside w345's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters or government actions
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider
• Any loss, damage or unauthorised access arising from the player's failure to secure their own account credentials
• Decisions made by players under the influence of any substance that impairs judgement

Nothing in these Terms limits w345's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
